Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DigiMetrics Hub ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and tools at netscope.tools (the "Platform"). We are committed to transparency about our data practices and to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

Automatically Processed Data: When you use our tools, we temporarily process your public IP address and browser metadata (user agent string, screen resolution, language preferences, and operating system) to provide tool results. This processing happens in real-time within your browser. We do not store this data on our servers, and it is not retained after your browser session ends.

Voluntarily Submitted Data: If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is retained for no longer than 90 days after our final response and is then permanently deleted.

Data We Do Not Collect: We do not require user registration. We do not collect social security numbers, payment information, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any government-issued identification. We do not build user profiles or maintain databases of visitor information.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Essential Cookies: We use a single essential cookie to store your theme preference (dark or light mode). This cookie is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any external server. It contains no personally identifiable information.

Analytics Cookies: We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — which pages are visited most, how long users stay, and which tools are used frequently. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized, aggregated data. Individual users are not identified or tracked. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising Cookies: Third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, may set cookies to serve advertisements based on your browsing history across websites. These cookies are managed entirely by third parties and are subject to their respective privacy policies. You can manage your advertising preferences through the controls described in Section 3.

3. Google AdSense and Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our Platform. Google AdSense uses cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google and its advertising partners may collect and use data including your IP address, browser type, and browsing patterns to display relevant advertisements.

To learn more about how Google uses your data when you visit sites that use Google services, visit Google's Partner Sites Policy.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through: Google Ads Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. You can also adjust cookie settings in your browser preferences.

4. Third-Party APIs and Services

To provide IP geolocation, speed testing, DNS lookup, WHOIS/RDAP queries, and SEO analysis functionality, our tools make requests to third-party APIs directly from your browser. These services include:

  • ipify.org — for public IP address detection
  • ipapi.co — for IP geolocation data
  • Cloudflare — for DNS-over-HTTPS lookups and speed testing
  • rdap.org — for domain registration (WHOIS/RDAP) data
  • allorigins.win / codetabs.com / corsproxy.io — for SEO analysis CORS proxying

These requests are made directly from your browser to the respective services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle request data. We do not control their data practices and encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.

5. Affiliate Links and Partnerships

Certain pages on our Platform contain affiliate links to third-party products and services, primarily VPN providers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, product rankings, or recommendations. We only recommend products and services we have independently evaluated and believe provide genuine value to our users.

6. Data Security

All connections to DigiMetrics Hub are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We do not maintain databases containing user data. Tool results are generated in real-time within your browser's memory and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We regularly review our security practices and dependencies to maintain the integrity of our Platform.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR and Other Regulations

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have additional rights including the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.

Since we do not store personal data beyond contact form submissions, most of these rights are satisfied by default. For any data-related requests, including deletion of contact form data, please email us at mehadishaawon@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

DigiMetrics Hub is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take prompt steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Data Retention

Tool usage data is not retained — it exists only in your browser during your session. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 90 days after our final response. Theme preference cookies persist in your browser until you clear your cookies or change the setting. Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is subject to Google's data retention policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable laws. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
