Why is my IP location showing the wrong city?+
IP geolocation is approximate and is usually accurate to the metro area rather than the exact city, because ISPs route traffic through regional hubs and register IP ranges to those locations. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your connection. Check your IP in the IP Lookup tool.
Why does my speed test show different results than other tools?+
Speed test results vary with server location, current network conditions and measurement methodology. The DigiMetrics Hub test runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, so its results may differ from Ookla or Fast.com. Run the Speed Test.
Is DigiMetrics Hub really free to use?+
Yes. Every tool is free with no registration required, except the AI Hashtag Generator and AI Text Detector, which need a free account. The site is funded by optional donations and ethical advertising. Support DigiMetrics Hub.
Can I use DigiMetrics Hub's tools or data in my own project?+
DigiMetrics Hub is a front-end tool that queries public APIs such as ipify, Cloudflare DNS and rdap.org. For commercial or high-volume use, call those underlying APIs directly instead of the site.
